Filinvest Alabang, Inc. (FAI) – is the commercial property subsidiary of Filinvest
Development Corporation spearheading the development of Filinvest Corporate City,
a 244-hectare satellite city in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. FAI is the project manager and
co-investor of CIVIC PRIME.
 

Design Consultants

CIVIC PRIME is designed by R. Villarosa and Associates. Among the projects that this architectural firm has done are: Tektite Towers Building in Pasig City, Shangri-La’s EDSA Plaza Hotel in Mandaluyong, Urban Bank Plaza in Makati and Sulo Hotel in Quezon City
